Ghenwa Hage, a Lebanese national that was raised in Ghana, returned to her home in the late 1990's to study and work in development. Hage's main interests are the effects of war and the human rights issues surrounding its victims; most especially those that are made to feel alienated in a place she calls her beloved country. Her contribution, Our Juvenile, depicts the aftermath and chaos of a society torn between justice and reason, between liberty and oppression.

Evdokimenko, a jazz singer and language student, has recently been working with video installations. A keen traveler, her visits to Cuba and Latin America have significant influence on her work. Her two Rushing videos, which she has written and produced, deal with issues of identity within a relationship. The stories are mirror images of one another, the first is portrayed in an ironic film noir format and the other depicted in a whimsical and comedy fashion, both dealing with skewed perception and intense infatuation.
